Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude IQQ77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
IQQ77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, IQQ77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your IQQ77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and wagering obligations.
